Students will go design a board game to be played with other players. Students will first learn basic game design concepts such as Agency, Mechanics, Theme, and Strategy. Students will then use this experience to design a board game. They will draw all the artwork, 3D print, or Laser Cut the pieces they need. Finally, they will play-test the game and iterate upon it, honing and improving upon it. At the end of the semester, the students will be able to take the games home or play them with their fellow students in the final weeks of the semester.
